Four planning proposals were lodged with NSW councils this week. Wollondilly Shire Council received a proposal for LEP housekeeping amendments relating to odour buffers and Endeavour Energy land zoning. Waverley Council received a proposal for additional permitted uses at 49-59 Hall Street and 69-71 Roscoe Street in Bondi Beach. Burwood Council and Georges River Council each received one proposal, addressing City Activation Exempt Provisions and an Affordable Housing Contribution Scheme respectively.
Eight proposals advanced through assessment stages this week. The Rezoning of Old Sheep Yards for Industrial Land Uses, 268 Ewingsdale Road Byron Bay, and Blue Mountains LEP Amendment 24 regarding home within a home provisions each progressed to Finalisation. Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 Review advanced to Post-Exhibition, while Amendment KLEP2015 regarding floor space ratio provisions for dual occupancy advanced from Pre-Exhibition to Post-Exhibition. One amendment to the State Environmental Planning Policy for Western Parkland City was withdrawn from Under Assessment.
Across proposals monitored by Lodgd, 329 planning proposals remain active in the NSW planning system. This week recorded 37 stage changes among tracked proposals, with four new proposals lodged and no proposals flagged as high priority for immediate attention.
