All information provided by Lodgd — including proposal summaries, opportunity scores, stage changes, and AI-generated analysis — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, planning, financial, or investment advice. You must not rely on Lodgd data when making development, investment, or legal decisions. Always consult a qualified professional and verify information directly with the relevant council or the NSW Planning Portal.
Proposal data is sourced from the NSW Planning Portal and is updated daily. Lodgd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The NSW Planning Portal is the authoritative source for all planning information.

The Lodgd platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated summaries, is owned by Lodgd. Planning proposal data is sourced from the NSW Government and remains subject to NSW Government copyright and licensing terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise Lodgd content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Lodgd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on any data, summaries, or alerts provided. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
